Our operations management and CSR (Customer Service Representative) team has over 200 years of experience. We stand by a simple mindset. If we can’t get you the answer when asked we will find out and get back to you immediately upon gaining the required data. We don't believe in excuses. Things happen in trucking but communicating those "happenings" in a timely manner makes all the difference. Our operations people are the best!!

Tracking and Tracing
WIT’s tracking and tracing is done a couple of different ways. We have the ability to send you a daily manifest with your shipments on it which includes, appointment times, transit status and other pertinent information or you as the customer can log into our system and view your shipments at your leisure. This is set up in the intial phase of becoming a customer.

Sales
Our sales staff will provide the most informative solution possible. We take your needs, wants, and desires and couple them with our years of knowledge to come up with a logistics plan that you will be able to understand quickly. There are no “smoke and mirrors,” just a wealth of knowledge and a way of doing business that is both honest and ethical. The sales people include the President and CEO; that should tell you a little bit about who we are at WIT. We are all here to sell and help in any capacity.

Our RFQ process is very easy and simple. You send us an email with your load, shipment, or details and we will have you a quote within an hour. Yes, an hour. This is our commitment to you. We know you have other things to do throughout your day; we want to make getting rates easy. You may also call but your rate will come back to you via email with a quote number for easy reference.
